Quality Control

An outstanding water pump comes from perfect mould. Through years of improvement, we adopt precision casting mould for water pump production.

To improve staff capacity, we organize a series of training to our employees, such as training in Cummins, study in Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, etc.

We believe quality assurance is best achieved by preventing problems rather than correcting them after they are detected. Therefore, we have designated staff responsible for raw material composition inspection, pump case bulge test, performance test, and appearance examination. Every year, we periodically take our pump to Zhejiang Water Pump Testing Center for inspection, to ensure the first class quality of our product.
